“BTS” CAMP aka Behind the Scene CAMP
CAMP CHALLENGE is launching a “BTS” CAMP where our curious and keen youths who been our participants and shown interest in the role of an instructor.
“BTS” stands for Behind the Scene where they get to not only see but learn what makes an instructor in a CAMP.
The 2D1N programme will have the participants going through some activities and preparing for the activities as an instructor. This programme will have the participants walking away with a couple of hard and soft skills and sets a stepping stone to continue pursuing this journey of an outdoor educator.

What is BIC?
BIC, or Basic Instructor Course, is CAMP CHALLENGE’s very own residential 3 days 2 nights course that puts like-minded outdoor adventure enthusiasts together. During the course, participants will learn the CAMP CHALLENGE method of conducting our experiential learning programmes and activities.
Who is the course open to?
Anyone who is at the age of 18 or above and keen to learn pursue a part-time or full-time CAMP Instructor position with CAMP CHALLENGE.
