18 Dec Scouts Scaling The Heights!
CAMP CHALLENGE is glad to be offering scouts and family members from Sambar Scouts Open Unit on a day of Adventure up our TEAM CHALLENGE HOURGLASS (TCH).
It is a 24 metres high hourglass shaped tower that comprises a series of 20 different challenges at 4 different levels.
TCH is designed for a team based experience where groups of 5 to 6 participants are connected to each other to scale the tower, conquering challenges with the support of every team member.
The TCH experience is ideal for learning experiences that are centred on leadership, teamwork, change management and character development.

Thank you to the instructors from CAMP CHALLENGE who were very helpful and happy to guide us along the TEAM CHALLENGE HOURGLASS today.
As we did the activity, I learnt that all aspects of it were very interdependent on each other and required good communication and support. In the beginning, we were shaky in our teamwork but as we continued through the obstacles, it was more smooth sailing.
I learned that I can keep my cool quite well in situations where there might be some pressure. I loved this experience, and I will miss it.
Thank You for the patience and guidance which made our teamwork successful. When I was nervous, your humor helped me to quickly adjust my mood and move forward. I like what you said, that “one person may walk fast but a group of people can go further”. As a mother, I am happy to have the opportunity to learn and progress together with my children. This is surely a meaningful and fun experience!
