Basic Function

• Achieving individual as well as the Company’s overall revenue target

Duties and Responsibilities

• Developing and building strong client relationships
• Expanding and managing clientele data via the CRM software
• Identifying Client’s needs, writing proposals, quotations and making presentations
• Effective planning of logistics and maximizing resources to ensure successful programmes
• Communicating clients’ needs to the internal team for execution of the programme
• Exercising cost control for each project
• All other ad-hoc projects

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline
• Preferably 1 year of relevant working experience in HR, Events and Hospitality industries preferred.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply too

Skills Knowledge

• Good client relationship management
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Confident in managing clients’ needs
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously
• CRM software experience will be an advantage

• Salary: Based on last drawn and prior working experience

• Working days/hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 6:30pm

Basic Function:

• You will be responsible for preparing and conducting activities for CAMPs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare and conduct activities (High elements, Low elements, Team building activities, Water activities) for youth CAMPs
• Facilitate fun and learning within the group
• Scaffold participants’ learning
• Any other ad-hoc tasks

Qualifications:

• Nil

Experience:

• Preferably with past experience interacting with youths during CAMPs or other events

Skills/ Knowledge:

• Age: 18 and above
• Passion towards outdoor learning
• Ability to take pressure
• Meticulous and detailed
• Positive attitude
• Independent with ability to work under minimal supervision
• Outgoing personality and enjoy working with people
• Motivated and energized

Other information:

• Candidate will have to attend a Basic Instructor Course conducted by CAMP CHALLENGE upon being shortlisted.
• MOE IRS registered preferred
• Salary: Based prior working experience

• Taking photos and videos of our participants during the programme

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Take photos and videos of participants during programme
• Collate selected photos into a A3 size poster and print it out
• Make a video collage at the end of the programme

Qualifications:

• Nil

Experience:

• Preferably with experience handling a camera & video set (Good to have your own camera set too)

Skills/ Knowledge:

• Age: 18 and above
• Passion towards photography & videography
• Ability to take pressure
• Meticulous and detailed
• Positive attitude
• Independent with ability to work under minimal supervision
• Outgoing personality and enjoy working with people
• Motivated and energized
