What did we do?

Appoint roles

– Overall In-Charge (Ali)

  •     To check if all the things are finalized before submitting the list
  •     To gather everyone’s information before submitting it to the overall in-charge.

– Safety ( Qhalis and Tricia)

  •    Will be taking care of all the participants
  •    At the same time know where is the nearest evacuation road
  •    Make sure if everyone is alright (Are they drinking enough water? Are their bottle empty? Are they having enough food? Are they starving?)

– Logistic IC (Seph and Nisa)

  •    Planning out the logistics ( What needs to be brought, is there any changes after finalizing? )

– Food IC (Mai and Zana)

  •    Planning out the food ( What needs to be brought, is there any changes after finalizing? Is it enough? Is it healthy? Is the nutrition enough? )

– Motivation IC + Team Building IC (Clarisse and Nad)

  •    Make sure the team is surviving
  •    Make sure the energy is hype
  •    Make sure that within the 4 Days 3 Nights Adventure Journey, everyone knows each other better, not having an awkward moment with each other.

AJ12 Meeting 1:

Ali shared with us the various roles and activities that we will be doing during our adventurous journey! Qhalis came out with Emergency & Evacuation Route while i help settling with the admin stuff.

AJ12 Meeting 2:
We prepared a draft logistics list for the things needed for our journey! We also came out with our food for outdoor cooking! it looks delicious all thanks to our Food & Beverages team!

AJ12 Meeting 3:
We came out with a route for our urban trekking. It seems like we are up for an amazing trip!
