As i am embarking on this journey for NYAA GOLD with CAMP CHALLENGE,
i would want to set a expectation and how i am going to achieve my NYAA GOLD.
First up for
i am looking at a 4D3N expedition with my team which includes
- PLANNING PHASE
We have a total of 3 meetings & 1 preparation day ( 2 hours each )
DAY 1 – Urban Trekking ( CAMP CHALLENGE SEMBAWANG – RAFFLES MARINA)
DAY 2 – SAILING , OUTDOOR COOKING , TENT PITCHING
DAY 3 – SAILING , TCH , OUTDOOR COOKING , NIGHT SAIL
DAY 4 – DRAGON BOAT , CARTER PULLING , KAYAKING , OUTDOOR COOKING
POST CAMP REFLECTION
– Keeping of logs , debrief , how i can value add and guide the next NYAA TEAM
For service learning portion i am looking at getting myself exposed to a lot of volunteering work , as we all know CAMP CHALLENGE does many CSR / PRO-BONO / SUBSIDISED programs to give back to the society, i will take this opportunity to attach myself to the programs and do my part to make a change in the less fortunate individuals!
For healthy living segment, i am going to take up running & Gym as part of my keeping fit regime to maintain a healthy lifestyle !
For gymming – 2 days per week ( 2 hours )
– gym to achieve a fitter & nicer looking body!
For running – 2 days a week ( progressive from 2km , targetted 24 km )
– run to keep fit and also to push myself beyond my limits !
COMMUNITY LEADERSHIP INITIATIVE
This is going to be a very important segment of NYAA GOLD,
i am planning to tap on CAMP CHALLENGE to outreach to their beneficiaries for me to come in to plan out a program for them to reach a specific objective!
This sums up my planned route i am going to go on in order for me to achieve my NYAA GOLD.
i am giving myself a time frame of 18 months to finish up NYAA GOLD!
